![]() ![]() ![]() With martial lords you'll lose 2 relations and with calculating or pitiless lords you'll lose 3 relations for each fief assignment that they don't approve or more if you give said fief to someone they consider an enemy. If you have 100 relations with an upstanding or good-natured lord then it'll never go down since they don't care about fief assignment. Rejecting a quest to incriminate another lord, refusing to sacrifice one of your troops to incriminate another lord, accepting the blame during an intrigue against a lord quest, allowing a defeated lord to leave after battle or releasing a lord you captured, rescuing a lord held prisoner, defeating bandits either during a village infestation or after a training peasants mission, selecting noble background during character creation, and rejecting rewards whenever possible all raise honor. You also gain 3 RtR when you marry into a noble family, 3 RtR when your faction or liege makes peace, 5 RtR when you recruit a lord, and 10 RtR when you're recognized as a proper monarch by another faction.ģ) It's not really something you can build up fast but there are a variety of ways to slowly but steadily increase honor. If you send out all 16 companions you'll get 48 RtR. ![]() You'll also lose a small amount of renown at the end of each week when you don't do anything to raise it.Ģ) Easiest way to gain right to rule is by telling your companions you aspire to be the ruler of the land. So for example, winning a battle that gives 5 renown or less won't give you anything when you have 1,000 renown. But, renown is meant to peak and for every 200 points of renown you have the amount of renown points you gain from winning a battle is reduced by 1. ![]() 1) You gain renown mainly by winning battles but also by winning tournaments, completing quests, and holding successful feasts. ![]()
